Zero_Col is one of the cheapest characters in all of Mugen, so something had to be done. I decided to give Kung Fu Bender a little upgrade for this battle.In this new anti-cheap mode, Kung Fu Bender is invincible. Nothing can damage him.....UNLESS yo u use the rifle scope move. When it's activated, Kung Fu Bender can take damage, so you have to time it right (as I show at the end of round 2).I believe Zero_Col doesn't need an introduction. If you want proof that he's cheap, just look at this video or the other ones around YouTube.Important note: No requesting for Zero_Col.
